Job Description

We are searching for a Full Time Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the outlet’s operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant and bar management as well as, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional customer service Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to minimise waste and maximise profitability Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to drive business growth and profitability Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent customer service and communication skills In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails along with passion for delivering outstanding food experiences. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and inventory effectively
