About Landscape Solutions

Originally established in 1993 with 3 people in the Northern Beaches, we have grown to a team of over 800 professionals spread across Australia and New Zealand. This year, as we celebrate our 31st year in business, we’re incredibly proud to still be an Australian, privately owned business. We provide our clients with quality commercial landscaping solutions. From Civil Landscape construction, Landscape Maintenance, Building Services, Irrigation, Environmental Services and Sports Turf/Golf Course management.

So, what duties can you expect to do as a Team Leader?

  • Management and maintenance of award-winning high end horticulture sites and properties
  • Working with some of the latest and greatest technology
  • Oversee the completion of all landscape maintenance duties by your team.
  • Some client liaising and representing Landscape Solutions on sites.
  • Providing guidance, training and support to Apprentices
  • Ad hoc administrative duties - reporting, take 5's, SWMS etc.
  • Commerical sites - Age care facilities, Government Assets, Council parks and more
  • Mowing & maintenance/Horticultural works
  • Zero turn ride on operations
  • Machinery use and Hand tools - all usual tools of the trade
  • Horticultural fine detail work - pruning, planting, mulching and management
  • Chemical application - Backpack sprayer and specialised rigs

What will you need?

  • Experience in high-volume management desirable.
  • Certificate III or IV in Horticulture/Parks & Gardens or relevant experience
  • A Current Drivers’ licence.
  • National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
  • Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
