Site Engineer

About the role:

Based in Fortitude Valley and reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Engineer will assist with the coordination and management of technical issues, planning, resourcing, survey, procurement, and quality control for an assigned area. Additionally, the Site Engineer will:

Office based for initial programming/procurement and planning of the project  Assist in maintaining the project's schedule/program Assist with the planned use of materials, resources and systems Undertake, monitor, and report project tasks to deliver profit and effective cost control Provide daily support and technical input to achieve contract obligations and tender specifications while ensuring that processes are implemented to identify, control, mitigate and report significant risks and opportunities Ensure works are compliant with the project's environmental requirements

What you're good at:

Aside from having relevant tertiary qualifications, you will ideally have 1-3 years' experience in a construction or engineering environment To thrive in our team environment, you should be a confident communicator in administering contracts, collaborating with diverse teams/contractors, and be driven in your approach to delivering high-quality project sections/tasks on time, on budget, safely and to high standards.
