From masterplan and concept design input to approval documents, design development, commissioning, and ongoing support during project operations, we cover it all. As one of Australia’s leading environmental consultancies, we believe in a sustainable future and are dedicated to helping our clients and the community turn that vision into a reality.
Due to continued success nationally, and several fantastic wins in Melbourne, we are seeking to expand our Melbourne team with the addition of an Early careers or Senior Acoustics Consultant.
Here’s what you can expect:
Joining our team means embarking on a journey filled with growth, support, and impactful work. Here's what you can look forward to:
- Variety of projects: You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across Melbourne including construction, large infrastructure, industrial and renewables, whilst also supporting the team nationally.
- Project life cycle: With the guidance and support of your team you can develop your project management skills through working on proposals, developing scope, managing budget budgeting and delivering reports. The opportunity will be yours to manage the project life cycle.
- Technical expertise: You'll provide technical support to control and mitigate noise impacts in urban, suburban and rural environments. You'll work on projects involving noise monitoring, modeling and commissioning.
- Access to industry-leading tools: We provide you with all the necessary resources to excel, including access to leading noise modeling packages, a range of hardware for noise monitoring projects, and even in-house software engineering capability.
- National project opportunities: With a national delivery ethos, you'll have the chance to support and contribute to large-scale projects across Australia. Your expertise will make a difference from coast to coast.
- Development at every step: We understand that growth comes in various forms. Whether you prefer structured development programs, mentoring, or learning on the job from industry leaders, we offer the support you need to expand your skills and knowledge.
- Inspire others: Your expertise and support will contribute to the development of your fellow consultants both in acoustics and across the wider organisation.
- Autonomy and flexibility: We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You'll have the autonomy, flexibility, and support necessary to achieve success in all aspects of your life.
Here’s what you'll bring to have an impact:
