The Opportunity
 

As the Reliability Maintenance Lead, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence at our Huntingwood production facility. In this role, you will lead a team of highly skilled maintenance technicians, dedicated to maximising output while ensuring that speed to market and product quality remain uncompromised. Beyond daily operations, you will also spearhead transformative projects aligned with our capital investment strategy, playing a pivotal role in elevating the infrastructure standards across our site. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our facility not only meets but exceeds industry benchmarks, positioning us for continued success in a competitive market.

The Accountabilities

  • Direct a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring seamless execution of week-to-week operational requirements and driving continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, leading to significant commercial optimisation and cost savings.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into production downtime, recommending and implementing strategic solutions to minimise impact and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to achieve holistic operational efficiency and ensure all areas are optimised.
  • Maintain a steadfast commitment to upholding and advancing our impactful safety culture, prioritising the well-being of all team members on site.
