: The Community Services Directorate (CSD) is looking for HR professionals interested in testing and expanding their HR skills within a community facing fast paced, and diverse operating environment. CSD currently has 2 full time, temporary vacancies at the SOGB classification in both the Learning and Development and Safety and Wellbeing teams within the People, Capability and Culture Branch (PCC).
PCC delivers contemporary and varied HR services across a broad spectrum of workforce requirements relevant to the directorate. The Director of the Learning and Development team will lead work critical to achieving efficient and effective learning outcomes across a diverse range of organisational requirements. The Director of the Safety Wellbeing team will lead a range of deliverables critical to ensuring the wellbeing of all staff and to facilitating and driving directorate compliance with legislative requirements. The term of each current vacancy will initially be for a period of up to three months and may be extended for a period of no more than 12 months.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of three months, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. Selection for these roles may be based on application and referee reports only. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
