We are now looking for a Warranty Clerk to jointhe Warranty Hub in Southport.

What we are looking for:

Accurate data entryAutomotive experience preferred but not essentialKnowledge of automotive warranty claims guidelines isadvantageousPrevious warranty claim experience preferred but notessentialGreat communication skills with an outstanding telephonemannerGreat organisational skillsA high level of computer proficiencyExcellent customer service ethic Ability to work in a team

What the role entails:

Compile and complete warranty claims following guidelines andcosting of repair ordersEnsure valid, current and legible records of all claimssubmitted are keptMaintain monthly reconciliation of claims and submit transportand hidden damage claimsEnsure clear direction on factory policy decisions are adheredto at all times
