Full time permanent role with a well-run small landscaping firm specialising in all aspects of landscape construction and maintenance including nature play, education, commercial and aged care facilities throughout Adelaide and surrounding regions. Suits an experienced Landscaping Site Supervisor or Foreman or team leader wanting a career pathway.

  • Requires: Experience leading landscape gardeners in a commercial and/or residential setting.
  • Salary Guide: $85-90k for an Experienced Supervisor + car + fuel
  • Located: Throughout Adelaide and surrounding region

A normal day includes

  • Organise day to day project outcomes and directions on site as required
  • Program site activities in advance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure all materials and supplies are on site as needed
  • Liaise with principal contractor and/or client as required in a professional manner
  • Induct new subcontractors as well as site staff as required
  • Run toolbox meetings, conduct site inspection and provide ongoing training to staff
  • Implement and use JSEAs, SWMSs and SWPs as needed
  • Assist in client management, client liaison and adjustments to projects as required
  • Maintain proactive and positive communication with all staff
  • Ensure adequacy of resources and required equipment on site for projects
  • Work in conjunction with Management on Company issues
  • Conform with and contribute towards the success of the Integrated Management system

You'll work an 8 hour day, which means 0.4 hours a day is on overtime rates.

  • Strong communication and project management skills.
