We are seeking an experienced Project Officer and Data Analyst to join the team. This 3 month contract offers the opportunity to work on critical data management and program administration tasks, helping us streamline processes and enhance data accessibility as our program continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data and Record Keeping: Review the current approach to data and program record keeping, including participant data, team admin records, historical data, and budgeting/forecasting documents.
- Future Needs Identification: Identify data and record-keeping needs for 2024/25 and beyond to ensure the sustainability of our data management practices.
- Historical Data Consolidation: Consolidate historical data and develop a strategy to ensure long-term accessibility of program records as data volume increases.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that support accurate forecasting.
- Tool Development: Develop tools to enable efficient program administration, including trackers for RAS allocations, payments, and incentive pre-approvals.
- Ongoing Support: Create tools and methodologies to support ongoing trend analysis and forecasting to improve decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Experience in project management, data analysis, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
