The Role

Join them on an exhilarating journey as they partner with Australia's leading provider of logistics solutions. Our client is embarking on a multi-year transformation program to modernise legacy systems, and we need a skilled Business Analyst to lead the charge.

As the Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of a high-profile project, replacing a legacy automotive supply chain management system. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders, from C-Level executives to operations team members, making a significant impact on the future of automotive logistics in Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Lead requirements gathering and create top-notch business analysis artefacts.
  • Work with Product Owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for current and future supply chains.
  • Translate business needs into actionable specifications for the software development team.
  • Engage with client and vendor delivery teams, often as the first point of contact for requirements clarification.
  • Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops for business requirements gathering and process design.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and business process models.
  • Assist with test planning and participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles, primarily in project delivery.
  • Prior experience in the supply chain industry and familiarity with supply chain concepts.
  • Expertise in supply chain systems or ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in documenting system integration requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
