Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As an Agi Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different, there’s nothing routine about this role

About the role:

This is a full-time permanent role, with the rate starting at $ We pay a base rate, and once you go past your regular hours in one day the first two after that will be at time and a half. If you do more than 2 hours overtime in a day, you go to double time. Meal allowances are generally paid after 10 hours in one shift. You will be based out of Warwick Concrete Plant and occasionally without notice will need to transfer to Dalby or Toowoomba (travel allowance and overnight accommodation included). Most days will start between 5am and 7am and around 38-50 hours per week. Saturday work is always available. As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven’t met before We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourself.


About you:

Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred) You enjoy meeting people and having a chat with them when you’re onsite You prefer variety in your working life. No two days are ever the same when you’re driving one of our Agi trucks You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keep it clean, give it a wash and present the best image of our company. You are a mobile billboard and people notice a dirty truck Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Hanson sites)
