The Opportunity


Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced and skilled pipe layer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the installation of various types of pipework, including PVC, HDPE, and DICL, as well as live connections to existing water and wastewater assets. Additionally, the role involves the construction of manholes and pits.

What You'll be Responsible for

Install PVC, HDPE, and DICL pipework according to project specifications and industry standards. Perform live connections to existing water and wastewater assets, ensuring proper procedures are followed for safety and quality. Construct manholes and pits as per project requirements. Operate and maintain various tools and equipment related to pipe laying, such as excavators, compactors, and welding equipment. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Collaborate with other tradespeople and site personnel to coordinate work activities.


What You'll Need to be Successful

Proven experience as a pipe layer, Ideally within water / wastewater
