THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Estimator to join our team based in Ormeau. We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Estimator to review and process shed plans and production orders. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade Sales team - reporting to the Internal Sales Manager. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviewing Residential and Commercial buildings for materials within the Stratco product range
• Determining quantities of materials required
• Liaising with Stratco team members, suppliers and customers
• Preparation of quotes, works orders and order requisitions
• Ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance requirements
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Desirable – Experience in a similar or industry related role
• Desirable – Experience with build design software
• Desirable – The ability to read plans, generate BOM and complete pricing proposals
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
