As a Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of the operations, ensuring guests receive amazing service. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 20+ staff, managing costs, creating rosters, and driving performance through effective management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 20+ staff members
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality and service
  • Manage COGS to maintain profitability and efficiency
  • Develop and manage staff rosters
  • Ensure optimal productivity
  • Conduct performance management
  • Ongoing coaching and development to team members
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs
  • Drive business success through strategic planning
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the quick-service restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of COGS and financial management.
  • Proficient in creating and managing rosters.
  • Strong performance management and coaching skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
