Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming dining experience? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Servery team at Melva McDonald Lodge, Rooty Hill.
About the Role:
As a Casual Servery Staff member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality food service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving meals in accordance with Anglicare standards and resident preferences.
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and dining environment.
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues.
- Assisting with food ordering and stock control.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team culture.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Experience in a servery or hospitality environment.
- A genuine passion for caring for older people.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and service.
