About the Practice:

 Our Bupa Dental Cremorne practice is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, preventative and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced receptionist willing to upskill in dental assisting as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes.

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality; an ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to learn and progress. Honesty, reliability, good communication skills and a positive attitude are the key attributes for success in this role.

As a part-time receptionist in our practice, you will:
 Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice Making patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner Be a backup dental assistant when needed - on the job training provided
