Leading University is looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist with Professional Services & Ariba experience to join their team.

About The Role:

  • Develop and execute the implementation of strategic sourcing strategies.
  • Projects manage multiple sourcing events of varying value and complexity.
  • Develop market engagement documents including issuing RFX’s, managing responses, coordinating the evaluation and formulating recommendations.
  • Business partner with a diverse range of stakeholders across the University, advising on procurement related matters and developing value-add outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous procurement process improvement initiatives.

Essentials:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and / or an equivalent in experience.
  • Proven experience working as a Senior Sourcing Specialist within a large complex organisation.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba.
  • Experience sourcing within Professional Services categories
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
