Our client is a leading, independent, advisory firm that is looking for a talented and dynamic Senior Analyst and an Associate/VP.
The team has an impressive track-record of advising on some of the highest-profile transactions in the Australian market.

Our client provides advice to major corporations, governments and institutions on strategy, mergers, takeovers and takeover defence, acquisitions, divestments, manufacturing and capital market activities. They also have an international affiliate that allows them to leverage experience on a global scale.

Ideal candidates will come from an independent advisory firm, a Big 4 accounting firm or an investment bank with an understanding of M&A and due diligence processes. All candidates must be driven, proactive, strategic and forward-thinking, be committed to a career in banking and keen to take ownership of their work. Candidates with experience on deals from end-to-end will be preferred.

For the Senior Analyst role, we are seeking candidates with 2-3 years’ experience, good modelling skills and be familiar with 3-way forecast models. An Associate or Vice President with 3-10 years’ experience will work with Analysts to build models, have a personable disposition and be able to interact with clients.
