As our Chef de Cuisine in our Food Quarter operation, you will lead and motivate the team, always ensuring consistency in a high-quality product, drive service standards and positive team engagement.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of daily operations, payroll, costs, and guest satisfaction
  • Participate in menu design and monitor sales to maximise profitability of the venue
  • Manage and motivate the team ensuring each individual is cared for and their career grows with us
  • Develop training plans and support daily learning

What are we looking for:

  • Senior Chef experience required in a 5-star environment or large restaurant 
  • Previous experience in a high-volume food operation (highly regarded)
  • Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
  • Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
  • Previous management of food and labour cost controls
  • A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering a memorable product
  • Basic computer skills essential
  • Full working rights to commit to 40 hours a week which can include day shifts, evenings, weekend and public holidays
