We are now seeking a professional and enthusiastic Concrete Agitator Driver to join our team at Karratha Concrete Plant. We are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, results focused and has a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. 

The Financials: 

The base rate is $ for ordinary hours (38 per week), after 8 hours your rate will be time and a half, and after 10 hours it's double-timed. Your hours will be roughly 40+ per week and Saturdays are half day. 


Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for:

Delivering concrete to our customers Pushing and pulling of loads, including operating concrete discharge chute Ensuring the designated vehicle is roadworthy and mechanically sound Operating the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner to and from designated sites Having sufficient working knowledge of the product to comply with relevant delivery standards Passing on customer feedback back to the batch plant and sales team Daily cleaning of the truck Maintenance tasks including yard duties


To successfully secure this opportunity, you must:

Have a valid HR/HC/MC license. Have a current copy of driving history. Have a Construction Card (White Card) or willing to get one Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated. Have a great attitude and strong work ethic. Be able to work with a flexible roster including Saturdays.
