The position is a minimum of 2 days a week which might include a Saturday; we are close to public transport and have off street parking

The Heart of the Role:

Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists Reception work when and if required Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded Passionate about customer service / patient care Organised with attention to detail A proven track record of punctuality and reliability Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
