OutSystems Developer

About the Role
As a Full Stack developer, you'll spearhead design, development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions, with a focus on digitising applications such as the Industrial Court. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project development and enhancement, ideal for tech enthusiasts passionate about modernisation and innovation.

Key accountabilities include:   

• Designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure applications.
• Responsible for all stages of the software development process to ensure compliance with application development standards and achievement of documented requirements.
• Develop solution features following OutSystems development best practices, ensuring solution performance and users adoption.
• Building scalable, high-quality code using established practices
• Building responsive and accessible user interfaces
• Contributing to the continuous process improvements in the development space
• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to maintain high quality software solutions. Participating in and technical documentation.
• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, managing multiple priorities within tight time frames.

About You

• Over 5 years of experience in full-stack development with exposure to a modern web framework such as React / Angular / Vue
• Experience in software development and delivery using OutSystems Platform.
• Experience with OutSystems Lifetime and other relevant tools (e.g., Version Control Systems, CI/CD tools).
• Experience in integrations with REST-based services
• Experience with SQL databases like Oracle or MySQL or MSSQL, database modelling.  
• Solid understanding of web development best practices and good communication skills with the ability to interpret business requirements and technical concepts.
