International Operations Specialist

About the role
A permanent role working in partnership with medical and security experts, delivering high quality medical, security and logistical services to our members. Responding to a high volume of calls and emails from members travelling domestically within their home country or internationally, assisting with their healthcare, travel and security needs.
Our next induction date is 2 September 2024

Key responsibilities
Passionate about helping people with a naturally empathetic approach Great at building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders Attention to detail with a commitment to adherence to policies and procedures including data protection Experience working in a customer centric process driven business Solution oriented, ability to work well under pressure with a collaborative approach in a demanding environment Flexibility to work as part of a rotating roster without restrictions Extensive experience in a customer service role with a high level of professionalism

13 hour shifts
Between 7 AM to 10 PM
Rotating roster; 6-8 shifts per fortnight
