Your Opportunity:
Philips offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual keen to grow and explore a long-term career in sales and account management, specializing in medical devices. Based in Melbourne, you'll join our high-performing General Imaging sales team. You'll gain valuable skills and knowledge in this technical sales process, supported and mentored by the Senior Sales Account Manager for VIC/TAS for Ultrasound, and report to the National Sales Manager – Ultrasound.
Our portfolio, including General Imaging (Radiology, Vascular, and Obstetric) and point-of-care Ultrasound, will help you build and develop your sales experience. You'll learn to assist, develop, and manage business strategies to achieve profitable relationships across VIC/TAS.
Role includes:
Achieving and growing sales in assigned territories and advancing revenue and market position consistent with company goals.
Achieving solid account penetration, managing, and growing new and existing accounts.
Developing and managing customer relationships.
Delivering clinical, technical, and sales support to customers in line with the business unit and applications team.
Developing and executing professional education workshops/events for new and experienced customers with support from the business unit and applications team.
Keeping the CRM and sales tools up to date and regularly updating the Sales Manager and key stakeholders.
You’re the right fit if:
You have 1-2 years of healthcare sales experience and are eager to learn the sales process within medical device/capital equipment solution selling in the public and private hospital systems.
You understand sales processes and can protect and grow market share.
Some exposure to analyzing and manipulating complex data and building territory plans.
You are a real team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to manage different customer bases.
You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in clinical/science or healthcare and can absorb clinical and technical information required for technical solution selling.
Most importantly, you are motivated, self-organized, and focused on providing exceptional customer service/account management. You're excited to learn more about sales, processes, and administration while being part of a fun and dedicated team.
