About Us

KU Children's Services (KU) is a leading provider of early childhood education and care in Australia. We have been delivering high-quality and inclusive services for children, families and communities since 1895. KU is excited to have recently opened KU Monash Children’s Centre and Kindergarten in Frankston - located at the Monash Peninsula campus.

The new service features convenient staff parking and easy access to transport hubs. There is a passionate team that focuses on building relationships and creating an inclusive environment where children aged 6 weeks to 5 years can belong, play, discover, and learn. The service is open 50 weeks of the year and operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The Role

The team at Monash, are energetic, passionate and strive to create a wonderful team environment. This is your opportunity to join them They are looking for an experience and composed Certificate III qualified educator to work with them in a permanent full time capacity which is Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day on a rotating roster. 

You will accrue a monthly rostered day off as well, meaning you will have 6 weeks of available paid time off 

We would also be open to a job share of 3 or 2 days per week.

Of course, you will need:

  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check
  • An ACECQA recognised Certificate III
  • Completed training in Child Protection
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
