The Position:

Located 27km south west of Sydney CBD, we're in search of a dynamic Branch Manager for our Moorebank Store. This role presents an exceptional career opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales management and leadership

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and inspire the Retail Sales and 4x4 Technician teams to achieve exceptional performance.

- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across showroom, warehouse, and automotive workshop operations.

- Drive revenue growth, staff development, and expense management aligned with company goals.

- Provide training and sales support to Dealers and Stockists.

- Collaborate closely with the State Manager and State Retail Operations Manager across all operational facets.

- Oversee comprehensive team and staff management, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Effectively manage branch administration, including reporting and inventory management.

- Organise and participate in local 4x4 events and shows.

- Occasional travel required for training, events, and business requirements.

About You:

- Previous experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.

- Familiarity with 4x4 accessories and off-road vehicles is highly desirable.

- Proven ability in staff development, team management, and workshop operations.

- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability to dynamic market conditions.

- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on driving customer-centric strategies.

- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards.

- Strong understanding of financial principles including P&L statements and pricing structures.
