The Role & Project

Are you a talented Trainer Assessor experienced in open pit mining operations, seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic business that puts “People First”? Fly to work via Qantas to Port Hedland and then a comfortable bus ride to site collecting those Frequent Flyer points along the way. Small family style site, great team of people who love what they do and have a great time doing it.

Working on our Sanjiv Ridge site 250km South East of Port Hedland, on an 8/6 - 7/7 rotating roster. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Trainer Assessor will be supporting a fleet made up mainly of PC 1250’s and CAT 785’s in addition to the normal ancillary equipment.

You will:

Cert IV TAE Training and Assessment TA40116 Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating mobile plant equipment in mining production environment  Thorough understanding of Mining Regulations Act Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety highly regarded Sound knowledge of safe mining and earthmoving practices
