What You Will Be Doing:

Help design and maintain the future IT strategic plan Review industry technology trends and drive innovation Build and maintain the enterprise architecture landscape Establish migration plans to migrate the enterprise architecture towards target state Produce well defined and cost-effective solution architectures for strategic or critical business initiatives Assist with IT planning and budgeting Communicating architecture and IT standards to all stakeholders Ensuring that systems are architected to be secure and resilient Aligning vendors to our technical roadmap

About You:

Must have Retail industry experience, understanding of trends, competitive positioning and retail technologies - spanning in-store, online/ digital channels and ERP solutions Must have Tertiary qualifications in information systems or related discipline Experience defining IT Strategy and architecture plans Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, solution architecture, reference architectures, information & communication technologies Sound conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to translate ideas into practical implementation Ability to challenge the status quo and influence the prevailing culture through people skills (IT & Business) Strong relationship skills and ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Excellent written and oral communication skills
