About the role
The Peer Comorbidity Worker works collaboratively with the Kwelana Step Up Step Down (SUSD) Service managed by Mind Australia, to provide consumer-centred, recovery-focused and trauma-informed care, for consumers and carers experiencing AOD concerns. They are integral team members of the SUSD service and are expected to be actively involved in and contribute to the consumer’s care and ongoing journey
Pay Level is equivalent to Level 4 – Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.
