The Role

In this dynamic role, you will have the luxury of handling all types of payroll processes and transactions, learning multiple EBA’s and support the Payroll team where required, and maintaining payroll data to ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of payroll services.

This is a Hybrid position; as part of Bega Flex policy, you will enjoy our amazing corporate office at Docklands 3008, mixed with working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a Payroll Portfolio across a few different EBA’s client groups, ensuring timely processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payment runs to meet specific business needs.

  • Providing expert guidance and interpreting established pay and conditions legislation, policies, and procedures.

  • Offering expert customer services to stakeholders.

  • Working to ensure the compliance and accuracy or payments and data.

  • Supporting the HR team with various tasks as required.

About you

  • Previous background working in a similar role where you have experienced managing end-to-end pay runs.

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Human Resources, or Payroll Management would set you up for success.

  • Previous experience working with MicrOpay, Kronos, MyWorkplace, or Workday will be highly regarded.

  • Solid understanding of EBAs and experience with rostering and time and attendance systems.

  • You must be curious and have a love for solving problems.
