The Self-insurance OHS Performance Specialist is required to take a leading role in ensuring self-insurers maintain the highest levels of OHS standards by providing sufficient, accurate and timely information about self-insurers’ OHS management systems (OHSMS) to enable an informed decision to be made regarding approval or renewal of a selfinsurer.

- Taking accountability for staying up to date with trends, research, and new approaches to safety management and emerging workplace environments and risks, so that value adding technical advice on OHSMS programs can be provided to strengthen current practice in industry
- Frequent travel to self-insurers sites across Victoria is required.
