Job description Due to growing demand, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Upholsterer to join our team. Our business, Bundoora Boat Upholstery, has a long-standing reputation for designing and manufacturing upholstery and accessories for the marine industry. This position will involve measuring, patterning/templating, sewing and fitting of both marine and commercial upholstery.

The successful applicant must have previous upholstery experience and be able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Tasks.

- communicate directly with customers for custom jobs.

- design/ sketch and plan materials for new and replacement upholstery.

- measure & pattern for efficient use of materials. 

- create foams for upholstery

- sew materials using a variety of materials as specified by customers.

- fit completed upholstery covers to jobs.

Minimum Experience- 2 year

Salary Range – $70000 to $72000 plus Superannuation based on the experience of the applicant.
