Located in the heart of beautiful Mount Gambier, our bustling hotel is renowned for its warm hospitality and great food. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead by example, providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff, bookings, and order of service.
  • Train and mentor team members to deliver top-notch service and uphold our brand standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of house.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
