Due to some serious growth and future plans for expansion, our client is looking to bring onboard an experienced Mortgage Broker to help get the business to the next level and allow the Managing Director to focus on some more strategic matters.
  
The ideal candidate will have at least a few years of experience as a Mortgage Broker who can find leads and bring in new business, while having a support team to handle everything up to settlement. They are looking for someone who has the intrinsic drive to build and create their own leads and referral base.
  
Our client likes to work hard, WIN, and then let their hair down. They are a social team that enjoy a tonne of banter in the office, so we are looking for someone who doesn’t take themselves too seriously
  
About the role:

  • Generating a healthy pipeline of your own leads & referral partners

  • Thinking outside the box to resolve complex scenarios

  • Communicating with lenders and other key stakeholders internally & externally

  • Supporting customers throughout the overall fact-finding and application process, through to settlement and post-settlement

 About you:

  • Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker

  • A high level of professionalism at all times

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with business partners, broker team, and clients

  • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a high-pressure environment

  • High-level of attention to detail & accuracy

  • Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking
