The Opportunity:
We have a mining magnate client who is looking for a HR superintendent to join their team onsite in the Kingaroy area Our Client is all about their people, they work together with teams. This is a great opportunity to step up from your current role into a leadership role
Key Duties:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide advice
- Identify and implement processes and procedures
- Partner with stakeholders to facilitate / participate in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, ensuring statutory reporting obligations are adhered to
- Develop, Implement, Monitor and Review the Employee Engagement Experience System ensuring smooth transition from one process to the next, including the repetitive processes such as performance and conduct review and development plans.
- Performance and Conduct Management
- Human Resource Acquisition and Retention
- Developing and amending current HR Standards and Procedures
- Analysing and reporting on HR Metrics
What you will bring
- Experience operating at a senior HR level
- Works well in a team and collaborative environment
- Holds a tertiary qualification
- a real people person, great effective communication
