The Administration Officer has a key role in providing administrative support to the Clinical Liaison Nurse Team Members in the Department, to ensure all patients are entered on the public planned surgery preparation list, theatre lists are booked and pre-admission clinic information is provided in a timely manner. This role has responsibility for entering patient data into the Patient Administration System(s), filing paperwork, responding to queries, reception duties, validation of patients on the preparation list.

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

Excellent interpersonal skills and sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families, staff, medical practitioners and external agencies.

Demonstrated ability to priorities a busy workload and ensure deadlines are met.
