About the role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Horticulture Manager to join our dynamic team in Tabulam, NSW. We are seeking a practical, people orientated individual.

Responsibilities

• Intensive cropping
• Substrate growing
• Farm development
• Analysing technical growing data and making sound crop care decisions
• Adapting crop care plans throughout the growing cycle
• Netafim or similar irrigation control programs
• Building a strong Team
• Generating productivity improvements
• Maintaining successful working relationship with key contractors and suppliers such as IPM and Agronomist.
• Financial management- labour, forecasting, budget development and control, and management of farm assets
• Packing shed operations
• Preventative equipment maintenance.
• Fresh Care & Harps quality management systems
