About the Role:
Intereach is seeking a highly motivated and positive individual to become part of our dynamic Quality Support team and support the growth in our organisation. The Quality Officer position is an integral part in ensuring that Intereach continues to deliver quality services that improve the lives of people that we support.
This versatile role contributes to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the quality, risk and compliance across the organisation. The Quality Officer provides collaborative advice and guidance to staff at all levels on compliance with a range of standards and legislation while promoting a culture of quality, continuous improvement (CI), and accurate records management of all quality-related activities.
The successful candidate would have minimum 3 years previous experience in a quality role with relevant tertiary qualification, with careful attention to detail, well-developed document development skills and the ability to interpret and communicate contractual and legislative needs to a diverse audience. Experience in the non for profit community services industry is highly regarded. As an Intereach employee, the successful candidate will have a genuine commitment to uphold the Intereach core values and the ability to provide valuable support and guidance to our diverse team.

This is a full-time position and can be based in Wagga, Albury, Finley, Deniliquin, Bendigo or Shepparton.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 4.1 with a starting salary of $85,126.08 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
