We are a trusted provider of professional cleaning services, committed to creating spotless, healthy living spaces for our clients. With a team of dedicated cleaners and a growing customer base, we pride ourselves on consistency, reliability, and premium quality service. We have a portfolio of 450 properties and caravan parks across Surfers Paradise, Burleigh Heads, Kingscliff, and surrounding areas.

Role Overview

As our Quality Assurance Manager , you'll be responsible for overseeing service quality across all cleaning operations. You'll lead inspections, train staff, develop quality control systems, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits of cleaning services

  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures

  • Identify areas for improvement and provide training or coaching to staff

  • Monitor client feedback and resolve service-related issues

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with operations to optimize service delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in quality assurance or cleaning operations

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Optimize cleaning protocols and operational processes to enhance efficiency

  • Ability to train and mentor team members

  • Understanding of WHS standards and cleaning protocols

  • Valid driver's license (required)
