This role sits at the intersection of people and technology — ensuring our teams can work efficiently, securely and without friction in a fast-paced digital environment.
The OpportunityThis role exists to make working at Mosh feel seamless.
As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end internal IT experience across the business — ensuring everyone has the tools, access and support they need to do their best work. From onboarding new starters to resolving technical issues, managing devices and strengthening internal systems, you’ll be the go-to person for all things IT.
You’ll operate autonomously, partnering closely with Engineering, Security and People & Talent to maintain a secure, well-supported and scalable internal environment.
What You’ll Be DoingIT Support & Service DeliveryAct as the first point of contact for internal IT support (hardware, software, access, connectivity and tooling)Troubleshoot and resolve issues across macOS (Windows a plus), SaaS platforms and networkingEscalate complex issues to vendors or engineering partners where requiredSupport office-based technology including meeting rooms, printers, security systems and network-connected devicesOnboarding & OffboardingProvision laptops, peripherals and system access for new startersEnsure smooth offboarding including access removal and device recoveryPartner with People & Talent on joiner and leaver workflowsMaintain IT onboarding/offboarding documentation and checklistsDevice, Access & Security ManagementOwn device lifecycle: procurement, configuration, deployment, repairs and replacementsMaintain asset register and inventory accuracyManage MDM tooling (e.g. Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar)Administer user access across internal systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira etc.)Apply least-privilege principles and security best practiceSupport internal audits, access reviews and device posture management in partnership with SecurityContinuous ImprovementIdentify recurring issues and implement preventative solutionsMaintain clear internal IT documentation and knowledge baseContribute to improving the overall employee IT experience
What You’ll Bring2–5+ years’ experience in IT Support, IT Operations or similarStrong experience supporting macOS environmentsExperience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similar)Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and identity/access managementConfidence working autonomously in a fast-paced environmentBonus: experience in startup, scale-up, healthtech, fintech or other regulated environments
