This role is open to both permanent full-time hours and part-time hours (minimum 3 days per week) and supporting clients around Canberra.
Flexible working arrangements and work from home offered to the right candidate.As an Allied Health Assistant, you will provide support in the delivery of high-quality services under the supervision and direction of the treating allied health professional.
These services aim to promote independence and restore functional performance to enable our clients to remain living at home.About the team:You will be joining a well-established multi-disciplinary team who believe in discovering what's possible in people's lives and empowering them to live well.

Together as a team, we help people feel loved, valued, and respected.About you:Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance - EssentialDemonstrated experience working with older people in a community settingDemonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required) as delegated by supervising Allied Health ProfessionalDemonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, and independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required softwareDemonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at workCurrent First Aid CertificateRegistered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Property Damage InsuranceAbout Us:BaptistCare is a leading for-purpose Christian-based care organisation that supports thousands of people across more than 100 locations in NSW, ACT and WA.
