About the Role:
  • Support the Production Manager, QA Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Administration Manager to ensure operational systems are maintained to required standards.
  • Review and update company procedures, work instructions, SOPs, and Risk Assessments under the direction of the General Manager – Operations.
  • Maintain safety and training records, reports, and documents for all site staff to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate training course requests as directed by the General Manager – Operations, including documentation and competency assessments.
  • Maintain all required maintenance information into the MEX system in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
About You:
  • Demonstrated ability to organize tasks with excellent attention to detail and strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Administration and/or production support experience.
