What we offer Our 2026 Ausgrid Graduate Program is your launch pad to an exciting career Over the 2-year program, you will experience four x 6-month rotations across core areas of our business. Here's what you can expect:

Enjoy long weekends every second week with our fortnightly RDO program.An annual Employee Day off and flexible public holidays.Health & Wellness programs and discounts, including discounted gym membership with Fitness Passport.Hybrid working, and flexible arrangements available.20 weeks of paid family leave.16.0% superannuation (increasing to 16.5% in September 2025).Who we are looking for: Talented engineering students currently in their final year of studying (or have graduated within the last two years), majoring in Electrical, Power, Computer Science or Mechatronics.Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (including New Zealand Citizens) at the time of application.Able to take on a permanent position, starting full-time as a graduate in February 2026.Problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset and strong desire to learn.Passion for the energy sector and a commitment to innovation and positive impact for the communities we serve.Ready to put your skills to the test?
