We are currently supporting a global mining company in recruiting a Strategic Property Advisor for a 12-month contract.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic projects and deliver business outcomes across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring the safety and performance of assets and contractors.
  • Have strong knowledge and experience in the property and real estate industry.
  • Successfully deliver workplace projects and create modern spaces that help people perform at their best.
  • Understand business needs and contribute to regional strategies, managing contracts that align with site goals.
  • Ensure service partners deliver high performance, creating top-quality work environments.
  • Manage budgets and assist with capital planning for the regions.
  • Regularly report on operational, capital, and workplace performance.
  • Develop operational plans that align with strategic objectives.
  • Foster a safety-focused culture and manage risks through effective change management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing a large and diverse property portfolio.
  • A strong ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement practices or commercial management.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer and supplier relationship management, as well as Commercial or Strategic Procurement within a large organisation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
