· Kindness and compassion

· Strong communication skills

· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

· Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

· Certificate III in Individual Support

· Current First Aid and CPR certification

· NDIS Worker Screening clearance
