Become a part of our Claim Preparation Solutions Services team located in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. We specialise in handling property and business interruption insurance claims both before and after a loss, along with providing forensic accounting, economic loss quantification, and financial analysis services. In this position, you will work closely with our Claims Advocates and Brokers.

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in:

  • Analysing, collating, and interpreting claim support information
  • Preparing, negotiating, and settling business interruption and material damage claims (e.g., natural disasters, fires, theft)
  • Providing pre-loss business interruption analysis for risk management solutions
  • Conducting financial analysis to quantify damages/losses
  • Managing key relationships with clients, loss adjusters, brokers, insurance companies, lawyers, and other experts
  • Assisting with practice administration, including WIP and invoicing management

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in relationship management, is a lateral thinker, and can handle complex claims. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar claims role or financial audit practice, preferably with exposure to the insurance or financial services industry. Additionally, we seek candidates with:

  • Formal Accounting qualifications (CA/CPA)
  • Experience in business interruption claim preparation or loss adjusting
  • Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A strong sense of professional curiosity and a willingness to learn
