Role Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of communications, design initiatives, and executing marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements of the Role

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the team to develop, execute, and measure paid campaigns across a range of platforms, staying within budget while maximising impact.
  • Website Maintenance: Create, design, and maintain our website content and appearance using best practice SEO.
  • EDM Communications: Drive eDM creation and execute external communications, ensuring delivery best practices are followed and results are monitored, analysed and reported.
  • SEO/SEM Management: Develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies, providing regular performance reports, partnering with agencies when required.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, insights and best practice, implementing changes as needed.
  • Content Creation: Work with various stakeholders, including content producers, presenters and partners to create original, engaging digital content.
  • Project Management: Handle projects efficiently and professionally, always meeting deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the wider marketing team to develop and implement digital initiatives that improve retention, conversion, and user experience.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed tertiary studies in Marketing, Communications or Business.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of best practice Google Ads, SEO and PPC.
  • Experience in using Hubspot or similar CMS + EDM software, with a high level understanding of best practices.
  • Experience in developing, capturing and executing content for various digital channels.
  • Experience in customer journey mapping.
  • Experience in lead nurturing using automations and workflows and ABM strategies and implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for writing.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising.

The successful candidate will be based in the Sydney CBD office 5 days a week, conveniently located near Wynyard and Martin Place stations, until the end of March 2025. From April 1 - middle of February annually, there is 1 day at home (WFH) each week.
