About the role

Join the professional and patient focused TerryWhite Chemmart Group, as an Experienced Pharmacist in our Yarrabilba, QLD location. This full-time role is integral to our pharmacy team, providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients. As an Experienced Pharmacist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, from medication dispensing to patient consultations.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications and over-the-counter products

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication reviews, patient education, and monitoring

  • Promoting and delivering health clinics and services, including vaccinations.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Maintain detailed records and adhere to all relevant regulations and industry standards

  • Supervise and mentor junior pharmacy staff

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a community or hospital pharmacy setting

  • Demonstrated expertise in medication management, patient care, and pharmacy operations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry changes

  • A passion for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and improving patient outcomes
