As a Digital Account Manager (Paid Search), you will be responsible for:

  • End to end management of paid search across a portfolio of clients including strategy development, implementation, performance, optimisation and reporting.

  • Partnering with clients and the broader client team to understand key objectives and success metrics - providing feedback, strategic direction and recommendations to improve ROI.

  • Manage a digital executive and work in close collaboration with the broader search team to deliver market leading search campaigns.

  • Work closely with the client team to understand holistic performance across all channels and how they can work together to drive performance against key KPI's.

  • Work closely with the client and client team to write compelling ad copy and drive creative recommendations across PMAX and the broader Google/Bing network.

  • Undertake keyword research and competitor reviews to uncover further opportunities.

  • Proactively communicate regularly with all clients on performance updates and check-ins.

  • Responsible for budget delivery and management.

  • Optimise daily across all accounts.

  • Weekly/monthly performance analysis reporting as well as industry insights and trends.

  • Actively stay across new product developments and offerings and share updates and insights with the team and clients.

  • Present proactive account initiatives.

  • Working with the team to assist clients in setting up performance tracking for campaigns.

  • Working with the team to coordinate the delivery of creative (with both internal and external agencies/clients) to ensure accurate and timely uploads for campaigns.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • 2-5 years experience in a Paid Search role or strong digital account management experience with a passion for specialising in paid search (if you have more experience than this, also reach out for a chat).

  • Some experience building and managing paid search accounts within Google Ads / editor and Bing, while working with multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.

  • Show a deep understanding of the industry and marketing in general.

  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights, and generate recommendations to enhance performance.

  • Ability to work autonomously, collaborate and lead by example within a team.

  • Bring a positive and solutions-based approach to challenges and obstacles.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting.

  • GTM and GA4 set up experience is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or advertising are ideal but not essential.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
