KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
-Oversee and manage the daily financial operations of the clinic, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
-Manage and develop cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting tools to ensure financial stability and growth.
-Educate and engage with team members and key stakeholders in the financial day-to-day operations of the business.
FINANCIAL REPORTING:
-Prepare and present quarterly financial reports
-Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
-Collaborate with management to develop and manage key financial metrics and performance indicators.
COMPLIANCE:
-Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
-Preparation of documents for ATO requirements
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
-High-level experience or qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-Strong proficiency in financial software (preferably Xero), Excel, and Microsoft 365.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
-Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
-Ability to learn in house practice management software

ROLE AND RENUMERATION:
-4 day working week
-Hours 8.30 – 5.30 (flexible hours can be negotiated for the right candidate).
